I purchased these to place in our newborn's nursery and in a few spots around the house. They provide just enough low lighting to be able to see to get around during night-time feedings, but not so bright that they wake up the baby or us. I also love that they come on at dark so I don't have to turn them on/ off each night. I've had them for a couple of weeks now and they are holding up thus far. Very pleased!I wish they would stop talking about motion detection, these things are not motion detector lights and do not purport themselves to be! They go on when the light goes down, and they do that very well. I've got a tiny little house and I bought eight so far, I've got a buddy of mine who has 20 in his big old house. They are super convenient. Plug and forget.Great purchaseLights not very bright. Suppose to be dusk to dawn, but if hallway is dark, they stay on continuously.I really like the color and brightness of these lights. Very warm color and just the right amount of brightness for my bathroom. There's no way to tell about energy consumption but there can't be much used.Liked Looks.
